The cottage is off a quiet lane moments from the Sea and estuary, it is a comfortable family home which sleeps six in three bedrooms.
It is set in a mature garden with plenty of space for parking cars and large areas set to grass. The front of the cottage is surrounded by a generous patio. The front door of the cottage is a stable door opening onto a spacious hall with a slate floor. A utility room acessed from the hallway is equipped with; a sink, washing machine, ample space for coats and muddy boots, a downstairs loo and the luxury of a walk-in shower for those just off the beach! To the right of the hall is the lounge and to the left is the kitchen diner the upper floor is accessed via a wooden staircase off the hall.
The large sitting room has two comfortable sofas surrounding a log burning stove in a beautiful stone fireplace. We have a large flat screen TV/ DVD and radio/CD player. Logs and coal are provided so you can relax in the authentic surroundings next to a cosy flickering stove. The charming farmhouse style kitchen is well stocked and has ample workspace, with a recessed Belfast sink. Seating is around a large farmhouse table and there is also a cottage sofa so you can chat to the chef whilst relaxing. A two oven Aga is complemented by a gas hob, microwave oven, two fridges, a freezer, dishwasher and good storage. There are French doors opening onto the generous terrace with views across the fields and onwards to the Preselli mountains, a large garden table and chairs are provided for outside dining and a barbecue is available.
There is a well laid gravel drive with ample parking, a large lawn and some mature flower beds and apple trees. The garden is enclosed to the north and west with a large stone wall, a Pembrokeshire bank to the south and the entrance gate to the east. Please note that behind the western wall is a small stream.
